ABOUT STITCH
From the very first time I held a pair of shears, I knew I wanted to build a career in the beauty industry. What began as a love for design, fashion, and art quickly transformed into a passion for empowering women through hair. After graduating from Z Hair Academy in Overland Park in 2014, I spent six years managing and growing as a stylist at Salon Z.
In 2020, I took a leap of faith and launched my own business…starting in a single-suite salon with nothing but a vision, a work ethic, and a belief that this industry could feel different. I dreamt of creating a space with a higher standard… a place where women from all walks of life could feel invited, welcomed, understood, and supported. A salon built on kindness, education, and connection, not comparison or competition.
STITCH Salon has expanded twice since those early days, growing into a thriving three-chair suite inside BluSky Salon Suites. But in 2025, we stepped into our biggest chapter yet: the opening of our very first stand-alone brick-and-mortar location in Overland Park.
This new space is the physical expression of a dream I’ve carried for years…a home designed with intention, built to serve women at every stage of life, and rooted in a standard of service, education, and care that I believe our community deserves. STITCH is now a destination where artistry meets heart, where luxury meets approachability, and where every client is met with the same warmth, respect, and excellence.
Over the past four years, STITCH has grown into far more than a salon. It’s a home for creativity, growth, and mentorship. My mission has always been to rise above the noise of an industry often marked by judgment and competition. At STITCH, we lead with authenticity, curiosity, and compassion. We are a team that lifts each other up, celebrates individual strengths, and shows up for every guest with unwavering intention.
As Kansas City’s first Invisible Bead Elite Extension Artist, I specialize in transformative hair, extensions that feel seamless, color that feels like you, and services crafted to elevate your confidence and your everyday life.
And at STITCH, we don’t just practice our craft…we study it. We are an educating salon, committed to staying at the forefront of technique, innovation, and industry standards. My team attends 2–3 advanced education classes every month, ensuring that every guest benefits from fresh ideas, elevated artistry, and cutting-edge methods.
I’m also deeply passionate about mentoring the next generation of stylists. Watching my team grow into their strengths is one of the greatest joys of my career.
