STITCH is an extension-focused salon built around exceptional hair, continued education, strong systems, and a team of artists who genuinely want to see each other succeed. Our specialty is Invisible Bead Extensions® and customized extension services, paired with dimensional color and solutions designed around each guest’s individual hair goals. Because extensions are such a large part of who we are, every stylist working behind the chair at STITCH is expected to become an extension specialist and be trained in Invisible Bead Extensions®. An Education-Focused Approach to Career Growth
Most of our artists begin their career at STITCH through our Assistant Program.
The program was created to bridge the gap between cosmetology school and confidently managing a clientele behind the chair. Artists work alongside experienced stylists while developing their technical skills, consultation and communication skills, timing, guest experience, business knowledge, and extension expertise. As artists progress through the program, they begin transitioning behind the chair and building their own clientele as a commission stylist.
From there, STITCH offers something we believe is incredibly valuable: choice.
As your career and clientele grow, you can continue building within our commission structure or, when the time and business are right, explore transitioning into rental and independent entrepreneurship within STITCH. We don’t believe every stylist’s career has to look exactly the same. We do believe every artist working at STITCH should share the same commitment to their craft, their guests, their education, and the environment we’re building together.
